Arby's:
On Saturday morning we went to my nieces soccer game. Their family lives about 45 minutes from the soccer fields and lunches had not been packed prior to the game. My sister-in-law suggested we stop at Arby's to eat. Our family does not eat at Arby's very often so I wasn't sure if the kids would like it or not.
At the counter we placed our orders, 3 kids meals, a sandwich meal for my husband and a baked potato and side salad for me. My son wanted onion rings with his kids meal but that wasn't an option. So my husband ordered the onion rings and traded them for our son's curly fries. It would have been nice if onion rings had been an acceptable substitute in the kids meal.
The kids each got a fountain drink with their meals and typically enjoy mixing the drink flavors, however this time they did not do that. The Arby's had caffeine free root beer which my oldest likes so he got that. We took our food to tables (one kid table, one adult table) and ate lunch. After the children ate they put together the toys that came with their meals and played with them for a bit. Only one toy made it out of the restaurant though, the other two were tossed into the trash. All the children did end up eating most of their lunches so that was a nice surprise.
Overall the food was good and we enjoyed our lunch and experience at Arby's.
